I'd pay a small fee to have a Virtual Guru Agent installed on my PC that means PCGURU can connect instantly and see my screen if I need help.

PCGURU should offer computer training for business users and home users

Changing backup disks is boring and sometimes staff forget. Do me a system where I don't have to think about it at all - it just happens.

It can be expensive to buy a Server, PCs and all the other bits and pieces and have it supported and serviced. Let me lease/rent the lot including all the maintenance.

More corporate entities are pushing BlackBerry solutions on to their staff and there is not a lot of tech support in WA for this. Mobile solutions seem to be the way trends are heading as businesses are de-centralized and costs are being kept to a minimum.

Macs are becoming a lot more popular. It'd be great if PCGURU could offer Mac support.
